نطاق الخدمات

تقوم Zhufeng بتصنيع وتصدير الدواليب الهوائية وسلاسل الدواليب الهوائية وديكورات البالونات الهوائية والمصنوعات الفنية الحديدية والحرف اليدوية والإكسسوارات الزخرفية. نحن نقدم تطويرًا تعاونيًا بنظام OEM وODM وخدمات سلسلة التوريد وبيع الجملة المباشر من المصنع للعلامات التجارية العالمية والموزعين ومحترفي المشتريات.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع المعاملات التي تتم عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني الرسمي وصالة العرض وقوائم 1688.com وأي مراسلات تجارية مباشرة تتم عبر قنوات الاتصال الخاصة بنا.

الأهلية

خدماتنا مخصصة للمشترين التجاريين، بما في ذلك مديري المشتريات والموزعين وتجار الجملة وممثلي العلامات التجارية بالتجزئة. من خلال التعامل مع Zhufeng، فإنك تقر وتضمن أن:

• عمرك لا يقل عن 18 عامًا ولديك السلطة القانونية لإبرام اتفاقيات ملزمة نيابة عن مؤسستك.
• جميع المعلومات التي تقدمها لنا دقيقة وحالية وكاملة.
• يتوافق استخدامك لخدماتنا مع جميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في منطقتك.

الطلبات والتخصيص

تخضع جميع الطلبات المقدمة إلى Zhufeng للتأكيد الكتابي. يُعتبر الطلب مقبولًا فقط عند إصدارنا لتأكيد طلب رسمي أو فاتورة أولية.

• الحد الأدنى لكميات الطلب (MOQ): تختلف متطلبات الحد الأدنى لكميات الطلب حسب المنتج ومستوى التخصيص. سيتم تأكيد الحد الأدنى المحدد لكميات الطلب أثناء عملية عرض الأسعار.
• طلبات OEM/ODM: يجب إكمال التصميم المخصص وتطوير القوالب وعمليات الموافقة على العينات وتوقيع المشتري عليها قبل بدء الإنتاج بالجملة. تظل أي ملفات تصميم أو أعمال فنية أو مواصفات يقدمها المشتري ملكية فكرية للمشتري.
• تعديلات الطلب: يجب طلب التغييرات على الطلبات المؤكدة كتابيًا. تحتفظ Zhufeng بالحق في تعديل الأسعار أو المهل الزمنية نتيجة للتعديلات المطلوبة بعد بدء الإنتاج.
• إلغاء الطلبات: تخضع عمليات الإلغاء لاتفاق كتابي. قد تتحمل الطلبات الملغاة بعد بدء الإنتاج تكاليف تتناسب مع مرحلة الإنتاج التي تم الوصول إليها.

التسعير والدفع

جميع الأسعار التي تقتبسها Zhufeng بالدولار الأمريكي (USD) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. الأسعار مباشرة من المصنع وقابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق حتى يتم تأكيد طلب رسمي.

• شروط الدفع: شروط الدفع القياسية هي إيداع 30٪ عند تأكيد الطلب ودفع 70٪ من الرصيد قبل الشحن، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك كتابيًا.
• الطرق المقبولة: التحويل البنكي (T/T) وPayPal وطرق أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها بشكل متبادل. جميع الرسوم المصرفية ورسوم التحويل تقع على عاتق المشتري.
• المدفوعات المتأخرة: تحتفظ Zhufeng بالحق في تأخير الشحن أو تعليق الخدمات للأرصدة المتأخرة. لا تتحمل Zhufeng المسؤولية عن أي تأخيرات ناتجة عن الدفع المتأخر.
• الضرائب والرسوم: جميع رسوم الاستيراد والرسوم الجمركية وضريبة القيمة المضافة والضرائب المحلية المطبقة في البلد الوجهة تقع بالكامل على عاتق المشتري.

مراقبة الجودة والفحص

تنفذ Zhufeng مراقبة جودة صارمة في جميع مراحل الإنتاج، بما في ذلك اختيار المواد والفحوصات أثناء العملية والفحص النهائي قبل الشحن. تخضع منتجاتنا لعمليات موحدة تشمل القطع بالقالب والثقب الدقيق وطي الحواف والطباعة والتجميع ومعايرة التوازن والتشطيب اليدوي.

• الفحص قبل الشحن: يجوز للمشترين طلب فحص من طرف ثالث على نفقتهم الخاصة. ستتعاون Zhufeng بشكل كامل مع وكالات الفحص المعتمدة.
• الموافقة على العينات: بالنسبة للطلبات المخصصة، يجب الموافقة على عينات الإنتاج كتابيًا من قبل المشتري قبل الإنتاج بالجملة. لا تتحمل Zhufeng المسؤولية عن الانحرافات عن المواصفات غير المعتمدة.
• التباين المقبول: تعتبر الاختلافات الطفيفة في اللون والحجم (ضمن ±3٪) والتشطيب التي لا تؤثر بشكل جوهري على وظيفة المنتج أو مظهره مقبولة ولا تشكل عيبًا.

الشحن والتسليم

تشحن Zhufeng المنتجات في جميع أنحاء العالم من منشأتنا في تايتشو، تشجيانغ. جميع المهل الزمنية المقتبسة هي تقديرات وتبدأ من تاريخ بدء الإنتاج بعد استلام الإيداع المطلوب.

• شروط التسليم (Incoterms): شروط الشحن الافتراضية هي FOB Ningbo/Shanghai ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك كتابيًا. ينتقل خطر الفقدان ونقل الملكية إلى المشتري عند التسليم إلى الناقل.
• تأخيرات التسليم: ستبذل Zhufeng جهودًا معقولة للوفاء بالمهل الزمنية المتفق عليها. ومع ذلك، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن التأخيرات الناتجة عن أحداث القوة القاهرة أو مشكلات التخليص الجمركي أو انقطاعات الناقل أو الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.
• التغليف: يتم تضمين التغليف القياسي للتصدير. يجب الاتفاق على مواصفات التغليف المخصصة خلال مرحلة الطلب وقد تؤثر على الأسعار والمهل الزمنية.
• البضائع التالفة أثناء النقل: Any damage occurring after handover to the carrier is the carrier's responsibility. Buyers are advised to purchase appropriate cargo insurance. Zhufeng will provide all necessary documentation to support insurance claims.

7. Returns, Claims, and Disputes

All claims regarding product defects, quantity discrepancies, or non-conformance must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of the buyer's receipt of goods, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.

• Eligible Claims: Claims are accepted for manufacturing defects, significant quantity shortfalls, or goods materially different from the approved sample.
• Resolution Options: Upon verification of a valid claim, Zhufeng may, at its discretion, offer replacement goods, a credit note, or a partial refund proportional to the defect rate.
• Return Shipping: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return authorization must be obtained in writing from Zhufeng prior to any shipment. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the defect is confirmed to be Zhufeng's fault.
• Dispute Resolution: Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China, under the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zhufeng website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and design assets, is the intellectual property of Zhufeng and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

• Buyer-Supplied Designs: When buyers provide artwork, logos, or design specifications for OEM/ODM production, they represent and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to such materials and that their use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Buyers shall indemnify Zhufeng against any claims arising from buyer-supplied designs.
• Mold Ownership: Molds developed exclusively for a buyer's custom order remain the property of Zhufeng unless full mold costs have been separately paid and mold ownership transfer is agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, pricing structures, product designs, and technical specifications shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any order or agreement.

Zhufeng will not share buyer-specific design files or order details with third parties without the buyer's written consent, except as required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zhufeng's total liability for any claim arising from or related to an order shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Zhufeng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Zhufeng does not warrant that products are suitable for any specific end use beyond their stated specifications. Buyers are responsible for ensuring product compliance with applicable regulations in their destination markets.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemic, port closures, labor strikes, power outages, or significant raw material supply disruptions. The affected party shall notify the other party promptly and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

12. Website Use

You agree to use the Zhufeng website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without prior written consent.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the website.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries or orders.

13. Privacy

Zhufeng collects and processes business contact information solely for the purposes of order fulfillment, customer service, and business communications. We do not sell or share personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. By using our website or submitting an inquiry, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Zhufeng reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
